WE ARE IN THE ARNOT MALL. NEVER move! Modern Nails@Arnot Mall resides in Arnot Mall and opens 7 DAYS a week (we only close on Thanksgiving Day and 12/25 Christmas Day). We are customer-oriented. ‘BEING THE BEST’ is our daily objective. Modern Nails is a popular name. Please be aware that we are THE ONLY ONE Modern Nails resides in Arnot Mall, Horseheads, NY. We are only responsible for the nail work done at the Arnot Mall and the gift certificates sold at the Modern Nails@Arnot Mall. we are not responsible for works done or gift certificates sold from other Modern Nails outside of Arnot Mall since we are NOT the same companies.
