Palmetto Nail and Foot Care is conveniently located off of Two Notch Rd in NE Columbia. Where you can stop in to get a relaxing spa pedicure treatment. We pride ourselves when it comes to sanitation. Our implements are cleaned using a medical grade sterilization process. We provide a personal space where you will receive 1:1 care for all of your foot care needs. Services range from a basic medical waterless pedicure to a relaxing spa upgrade to include steam and paraffin wax to lock in the moisture of the Natural defense foot serum. We also provide waterless manicures, gel nails, toenail reductions, toenail restorations, and toenail enhancements using a podiatrist preferred gel system. **For your convenience we also accept HSA and FSA**
