To cancel or reschedule an appointment, respond to your confirmation text or message us on Facebook! No changes can be accepted for same day bookings, deposit will be lost. We cannot accept last minute services changes in the store. Deposit will be lost for booking error. You can either reschedule your appointment for the different service or keep your initial booking. All bookings will require a $10 booking deposit to discourage cancellations and no-shows. This must be paid to confirm your appointment. THIS DOES NOT REFLECT THE TOTAL OF THE SERVICE. The $10 deposit will be deducted from the full total of your service when you pay the rest in person.
