If you are not satisfied, we ask you that contact us and return to the salon within 3 days of the initial services so that management can visually inspect the work performed. At the time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the technician who performed the service, at no additional cost to you. All complementary corrections must be made within 5 days of the initial service.
